Excellent stay

Our room and bathroom were sparkly clean, the food was excellent (both breakfast and dinner), the property is just next to railway station and 15 min walking from city centre. The owner helped us to get a taxi to visit Bai Dinh pagoda and also to get tickets for the cabin sleeper bus from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha. Excellent communication before we arrived. Whatever questions you have about what to visit or transport, the owners will help you.

Cheap and good hotel

Very nice room, close to train station and friendly service helped getting sleeper bus out from ninh binh to hue and hired a tour guide for surrounding attractions.

Not the best location to reach restaurants.

We arrived after midnight and were very happy about the location being so close to the train station and sleeping buses. Everything was clean and we were able to leave our luggage till our train left.

As my Train was delayed for a couple of hours, i just needed a bed to sleep. The owner was very nice and helpful. The Beds in the Dorm were clean and comfortable :)

SPLENDID HOTEL

Great staff, great breakfast - you can choose from a menu what you want, the room was super clean, comfortable and nice. The hotel also provides of motorbikes for a good price as well as a restaurant, drinks, exchange of money, booking buses, tours etc. I truthly recommend.

Clean, great value, and close to the train station

We rented the room for the afternoon and evening until we got on our late night train to Hue the first week in July. The hotel's location worked perfectly for us because it was a very quick walk to the train station. Before our train we relaxed in the room with the great wifi and AC, and took showers in the very clean bathroom. Toiletries provided. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the neighborhood which was nicer than we were expecting. Beautiful new sidewalks are being installed in the neighborhood which will make it look even nicer. There is an artisan furniture area which was interesting to look at, and shops and restaurants nearby. You can even eat at the hotel. This hotel was great value for the money and perfect if you want to be close to the train station. Owners were very nice. The owner gave us water as we checked out and were on our way to the train station.

Perfect clean place to crash in Ninh Binh, especially when arriving late by train!

Location was fantastic, a minute walk from the train station, perfect when arriving in the middle of the night by train. The owner opened up for me (I’d warned them of my late arrival) and I went straight to my room to rest. Room was very clean. AC worked well. I loved how you felt at home seeing as it’s the owner’s family home too with open kitchen and restaurant on the ground floor. Food was great too. They rent out bicycles. Owner was helpful and kind.
